MATTHEWS BEST MOOSE BURGERS
This recipe was put together from my own 2020 Saskatchewan antler moose draw tag. This makes this meal just a bit more special to me. Knowing exactly where my meat comes from is exactly why I get out year after year pursuing these beautiful animals.
Ground Moose is the perfect blend of meat for the juiciest, most flavorful burgers you’ve ever had. The chopped onion, and rolled oats complement each other perfectly for a hardy delicious meal.

1 Tps Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sause
1/2 Large Onion Chopped
Instructions:
1. Gather all ingredients, 1 large bowl, and 1 small bowl.
2. Chop onion into small cubes.
3. Beat egg in small dish.
4. Mix all ingredients into large bowl. Make sure it is mixed well.
5. Forum small balls of meat around the size of the palm of your hand, and then pat down with other hand to burger shape of desired thickness. Or use burger press.
6. Turn on BBQ to medium high to high heat, and grill burgers fast and hot for around 5 minutes per side, or tell your desired readiness.
Last but defiantly not least, enjoy around a full dinner table with family, friends, a cold beverage of your choice and lots of laughs. This will be a go to new favorite around the dinner table or the camp fire up at the lake. Enjoy!
