Venison Mushroom Swiss Burger

Savory mushrooms and sharp Swiss cheese contrast beautifully with strong mule deer meat. Add horseradish for an extra kick! For perfect venison burger patties, make your burger mixture, roll it onto a baking sheet with a rolling pin until you have the right thickness, then use a large mug to cut out the shape of your patties. Put the baking sheet in the freezer and set aside your perfect burger patties.
