Pan Fried Bacon Wrapped Bear Steak Bites with Sesame Steak Sauce

What could be better than delicious bear steak wrapped in bacon? This delicious sesame sauce brings a taste like no other to these juicy, crunchy, and delicious steak bites.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cooking Time: 6 Minutes

 

Ingredients:

3 strips of bacon per steak

1 bear steak

2/3 cup white sesame seeds, toasted until golden brown

2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 teaspoon water

2/3 cup soy sauce

2/3 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/2 cup white onions, finely chopped

Instructions

For Sesame Sauce:

  1. Mix water and dry mustard in medium bowl

  2. Add soy sauce, vegetable oil and stir

  3. Add all ingredients into blender, blend on low for 2 minutes, then on high for 2 minutes.

For Steak Bites:

  1. Cut bear into bite-sized pieces. 

  2. Season the bear with Non-Typical Booner Blend Spice Mix, Salt, and Pepper.

  3. Cut each strip of bacon into thirds.

  4. Wrap the bacon around the bear pieces and secure with a toothpick.

  5. Heat a non-stick pan with olive oil over medium-high heat.

  6. Add bear skewers to pan, cook for 6 minutes, turning until cooked.

  7. Let rest for 5 minutes, serve.
